What are your goals for the season, and how are you going to meet those goals?

Hard work in the weightroom and extra distance running are some things I'm doing during the pre-season to contribute to this team goal.

Some personal goals of mine are to bench at least 315 this summer, improve my mile and 40-yard times, build mental strength and determination and help my teammates do the same, and not to have at least one penalty per game this season.

Great goals Tom. You have been working hard! I think your focus is very good. Remember to always evaluate your efforts, and question yourself if you are doing the right things, or if it is enough. I have seen a great improvement in your footwork and flexibility. Continue to be a leader of this group!

In the summer i am trying to improve my quickness when getting off the ball. Also i really need to work hard on increasing my upper body strength. i found that form and technique can really help to win the 1-on-1 battles on the line, no matter how big or small you are. I need to improve on getting myself motivated to go, on my own, and run; so by the time 2-a-days come around i'll be in good physical shape.

You are doing a great job on working hard. You have been improving a lot over the last couple of years. You are a great example for our younger qlayers to follow. Plus, you know how to hold!!!!!
